Reservation Policy

  • Full balance to pay at arrival or before arrival. No exceptions.
  • 100% non-refundable.
  • If you cancel or don’t show up the property will charge 100% of the price.
  • Late check-ins accepted only with notification in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bed linen and internet access are included in the price.
  • Breakfast service with extra charge.
  • Towels with extra charge.
  • Key Cards €5. For lost Key Cards, the hostel charges €5.
  • Whenever possible, we will try to allocate all reservations for more than one person in the same dorm, but this is not guaranteed.
  • All information shown on this website and its booking engine is for individual customers. For group reservations, contact our reservation department.

Rules of the House

  • Check-in time: after 14:00.
  • Check-out time: before 11:00.
  • All guests must have a valid ID for check-in. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled, and access to the hostel will be forbidden.
  • No pets are allowed, except for service animals.
  • No children under 16 years old are allowed unless supervised by their parents or a responsible adult.
  • Common areas are open during the day only.
  • The kitchen is open during the day only.
  • The luggage room is open from 10:00 to 24:00. Extra charges apply for use after check-out or long-term storage.
  • No smoking, drug use, or alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises.
  • No weapons, explosives, or chemical substances are allowed on the premises.
